I grew up in a Christian home and knew about God. I had great experiences growing up and had the privilege of going on mission trips, helping with local outreach, and helping with hurricane and tornado relief with my youth group. I believe this is where my desire to serve outside of the four walls of church began. I really enjoyed my friendships growing up and I loved Jesus, but after I graduated high school I didn’t know what to do next. I decided to attend community college and earned my associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant all the while knowing I wanted to do something great for Jesus.

​I spent some time living without the direction of the Lord and doing my own thing. I was at a low point in my life, when I reached out to a friend that had been through a similar journey that I was going through. It was through this relationship that the passion and desire for Jesus started to flourish, but in a new way. It was through tragedy and hardship that Jesus taught me so much. I began to run after the things of God, grow, and mature. That was about 5 years ago and I have been chasing him ever since.
